Parish Appreciation Picnic 2010 |
|

On August 21, 2010 approximately 1,200 members of our parish family came together and celebrated! Mary Noggle's famous chicken dinners, hot dog meals, beverages, ice cream from Fr. Ice Cream, air extreme, bingo, a variety of games and most importantly fellowship were the order of the day.
Officially this gathering was a Parish Appreciation Picnic. During this event it was very clear how much there is to appreciate about our parish family. Click here to take a look at some photos taken that day, if you would like to see even more click here to link to our facebook page and let us know what you thought about the event (there is no need to be a facebook member to view pictures). Thank you to all who attended and make Christ the King the vibrant faith filled community it is every day! |

CK TAP assists parishioner families who would like their children to benefit from a Catholic education at Christ the King School but cannot afford to do so. The CK TAP Committee seeks donations from parishioners and area businesses to fund the program. The funds of this program are used exclusively for tuition assistance and are given directly to offset the families' tuition accounts.

Anyone in the parish is welcome to make a submission for publication consideration. 2006-2007 issue dates (with deadlines in parenthesis) are as follows: September 1, December 1 (October 30), March 2 (January 30), July 6 (May 30). While all submissions are considered, electronic submissions are preferred.
