Please extend your prayers to our children of the school and religious education program who are participating in the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time this month.  In the Catechism of the Catholic Church - CCC 1422 it states

 "Those who approach the sacrament of Penance obtain pardon from God's mercy for the offense committed against him, and are, at the same time, reconciled with the Church which they have wounded by their sins and which by charity, by example, and by prayer labors for their conversion."

This is sacrament is a wonderful blessing available to all Catholics.  The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available from 3:30 to 4:30 every Saturday as well as by appointment.  Congratulations to those children taking this important step in deepening their connection to Christ and the Church.  We look forward to your First Communion!
