Adults seeking to grow in their spiritual life and in exploring a relationship with God have an opportunity to meet on a monthly basis with a director who has been trained in the process of Spiritual Direction.  Individuals find support to grow in their prayer life and in their ability to reflect on their daily lives.  It is in their daily living that they come to see God working in, through, and for them.  The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, the annotated form, are also a possibility.
